Dragonfinity operates two related services: Dragonfinity Creative AI Studio, a creative-generation product available to the public, and Dragonfinity's internal business operations platform, which includes sales outreach to businesses we believe may benefit from our services.
If you use Dragonfinity Creative AI Studio, we collect your email address (for passwordless sign-in), optionally your phone number, and the content you submit to generate creative packages. Generated content and the brief you submitted are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. We do not sell this data.
Separately, Dragonfinity researches and maintains records of business contacts — names, business email addresses, job titles, and company information — sourced from publicly available information such as company websites and public web search, never from services whose terms prohibit this (for example, we do not scrape LinkedIn). We use this information to send sales and marketing emails about Dragonfinity's services.
Every sales email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately and permanently stops further emails to that address — no account or login is required. You may also contact us directly to request removal of your business contact record.
We do not sell or rent your personal or business contact data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails to anyone who has unsubscribed or who has not opted in. Automated outreach drafted by our AI systems is always reviewed by a human operator before it is sent.
You can unsubscribe from sales emails at any time using the link in any email we send you. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Studio account data is automatically deleted after 30 days regardless of any request.
