By using Dragonfinity Creative AI Studio or any Dragonfinity service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Dragonfinity Creative AI Studio generates marketing creative packages (briefs, brand systems, layout guides, AI image prompts, social copy) from a description you provide. Generated output is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing it before use, including for accuracy, trademark conflicts, and platform-specific compliance.
Studio operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased via mobile money and are non-refundable once a credit has been spent on a generation. Pricing is shown in Tanzanian Shillings at the time of purchase.
Generated creative packages and the briefs used to create them are retained for 30 days and then automatically and permanently deleted. Download anything you wish to keep before then.
Don't use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive. We may suspend access for abuse, including attempts to circumvent the credit system or free-trial limits.
If you are a business contact in Dragonfinity's CRM (separate from a Studio account), you may receive sales emails about our services. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, described further in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
